Bulk discounts for brochures in packs of 100 are calculated as follows:

• 10% off for 500 - 900 of the same title
• 20% off for 1000 or more of the same title

The cost of international shipping (including Canada) will be calculated by AAP staff after an order is submitted. The customer will be informed of the shipping charges at the payment portal.

Our Guarantee: At the AAP, we strive to provide you with the best customer service and high-quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you received, simply return it within 30 days. To help us improve our materials, please let us know why you returned the product and if you would like a refund or exchange.

To make a return, please call our customer service representative at 312/573-3253 within 30 days of receiving your AAP product. You will be given a return authorization number. Please ship the item back via UPS or another carrier that offers shipment tracking.
