STUDENT CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

As a candidate in the 2013 AAP In-Service Examination, I understand and agree to comply with the following terms: • I will comply with the instructions provided by the Test Administrator at all times. • I will not discuss examination content with anyone until after the examination-period ends on March 8, 2013 or results are posted. • I will not keep or duplicate any part of the examination materials. • I will return all test materials at the end of the examination period. A breach of this agreement may result in disciplinary action, such as receiving a score of zero on the exam, disciplinary and/or legal actions.
