The AAP Foundation administers this funds to meet the ongoing need for periodontal educators.

Education Action Fund Donors, January 1–March 9, 2011

Launched with a $1 million commitment from the American Academy of Periodontology, the Education Action Fund (EAF) supports the immediate need for periodontal educators by funding AAP Educator Scholarships (for periodontal students who intend to enter full-time teaching at a U.S. program upon graduation) and AAP Teaching Fellowships (for periodontal educators in their first three years of full-time teaching at a U.S. periodontal program. 2011 donors are listed below.
