Information on discounted hotel reservations for the Annual Meeting October 30–November 2 in Honolulu, Hawaii. You must register for the meeting to secure housing.

September 22 is the deadline to make an advance hotel reservation when you register for the meeting. Early reservations are suggested in order to secure your preferred housing accommodations. Experient, the AAP's official registration and housing coordinator, will assign similar alternate housing if your first choice is not available.

All housing is reserved through Experient for the AAP room block, and hotels cannot accept reservations made directly. A portion of the room rate is being paid to Experient as a provider of the Academy’s housing service. You must register for the meeting to secure housing. A $200 deposit, payable by check or credit card, is required to reserve housing. Hotel room rates are subject to the current Hawaii tax of 13.96%.

If you are entitled to a refund for your housing deposit, and you cancel your reservation directly with the hotel, it may take up to 90 days from the last day of the Annual Meeting to receive your refund from the hotel (the Academy cannot secure a refund for you).
