Exhibition Venue

The Academy's 94th Annual Meeting Exhibition will be held September 7-9, 2008 at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center, Exhibition Level .

Floor Plan and Booth Costs

Current Exhibition Floor Plan (Updated as of March 27, 2008)
Booth space will be charged at the rates indicated below:

$25 per square foot ($2,500 for each 10' x 10' unit; 100 square feet)
$150 charge for each corner
Booth units are sized in increments of 100 square feet, with the smallest booth being a 10' x 10' unit.
A 50% deposit is due by January 31, 2008, with the Application and Contract for Exhibit Space, and the remaining balance due by May 1, 2008. Contracts received after January 31, 2008, must be accompanied by the full amount due.
Booths not paid in full by July 31, 2008 will be cancelled without notice.

Exhibition Schedule

Detailed information will be included in the Exhibitor Service Manual, which will be mailed in August to all exhibitors that are paid in full.

Exhibition Dates and Hours

Sunday, September 7	10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Monday, September 8	10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Tuesday, September 9	10:00 am - 3:30 pm

Exhibitor Move-in/Installation

Freight only/targeted move-in: Wednesday, September 3	2:00 5:00 pm
Targets move-in: Thursday, September 4	8:00 am - 5:00 pm
General exhibitor move-in: Friday, September 5 Saturday, September 6	8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The service contractor will contact companies that will be targeted for move-in (for 400 square feet or greater).

Exhibitor Move-out/Dismantle

Tuesday, September 9	3:30 - 11:59 pm
Wednesday, September 10	8:00 am - 2:00 pm

Outside carriers should be checked in by 2:00 pm on Wednesday, September 10.
