Who’s Eligible?
Active, Life Active, International, and Retired members can participate in and be recruited as part of this program. Renewing members are not eligible to be counted as new members. Members who have been lapsed for more than 3 years are eligible for recruitment.
Follow these steps to submit your list of recruited members:

- Enter the information into the template (all fields are required).
- Save the file to your device.
