The Match is administered by National Matching Services, Inc. to provide a systematic process for student applicants to choose their preferred postdoctoral dental education programs and for participating programs to simultaneously obtain their applicants of choice.

How does Match help programs and students?
The selection process provides structured dates for applying to programs, receiving offers, submitting acceptances, and confirming placements, which makes the recruitment process more effective and less stressful for both programs and applicants. Applicants have the ability to complete interviews and evaluate all programs prior to making a decision, and programs do not fill their available positions during this time.
